Pride Soccer Club Golf Outing
The volunteer committee of the Pride Soccer Club golf outing wish to thank
those who participated in this third annual fundraiser for our club. There
were 108 golfers and 41 hole sponsors this year for the Aug. 3 scramble at
Homestead Springs Golf Course. They raised more than $7,800 for the
families of 50 Pride soccer players.

Pride teams finish season
on high note at MOSSL and Creek Classic
The U12 Boys and U13 Boys were both finalists
at the Spring MOSSL tournament with both teams losing in PKs. The U15 boys
were finalists at Creek Classic, while U16 Boys White won in PKs to be
named Champions at Creek Classic.
U10 and U11 Girls win
Starburst Tournament
U10 Girls Maroon, U10 Girls White and U11
Girls team all were Champions in their division at the Starburst
Tournament in Dublin. A great way to end the season for all 3 teams!

U10 Girls Maroon were Champions of the 'B'
Division with a record of 7-0-3, U10 Girls White were Champions of the 'D'
Division with a record of 9-1-0, and U15 Boys were Champions of the 'B'

PSC U11 Boys and U11 Girls
Win Sidney Mayfest Classic
The U11 Boys and U11 Girls were both named
Champions of the Sidney Mayfest Soccer Classic in Sidney, Ohio. Both teams
won all of their games on Saturday and after rain canceled games for
Sunday, it was determined that both of these teams were Champions.
Congratulations U11 teams.
PSC starts off the spring
season strong at MASC
The U16 Boys Black, U17 Boys, and U19 Boys
were all finalists and U10 Girls Maroon were Champions at the Mid American
Soccer Classic (MASC) held in Cincinnati on April 5-6 and April 12-13.

Columbus Crew’s Jed Zayner
Shares Skills and Message with Pride Families
On June 24, 2007, the Columbus
Crew’s Jed Zaner came to Canal Winchester to put on a clinic for PSC
players and also to share about his life as a pro soccer player and
Christian. PSC parents and players enjoyed a cookout while Jed showed
players some ways to get better on their own. If you did not get the
chance to attend and would like to receive more information about Jed’s

U14 Boys Win MOSSL/Columbus
Crew Fair Play Award.
At the conclusion of the Spring
2007 season, the U14 Boys were presented with the MOSSL Fair Play Award
for displaying good sportsmanship and exemplary behavior throughout the
